New Poll: Laxalt Leading in Crucial NV Senate Race

Adam has led Cortez Masto in 8 of the 9 public polls released since the start of September.

LAS VEGAS, NV - CBS released a new poll this morning showing Adam ahead of Cortez Masto by a margin of 49 percent to 48 percent. With today’s survey, Adam has led Cortez Masto in 8 of the 9 public polls released since the start of September.

Based in large part on these latest polling trends, the Nevada election forecast at FiveThirtyEight.com now shows Adam favored to win the race for the first time since early July.

Despite Catherine Cortez Masto and out-of-state liberal groups spending more than $70 million desperately trying to rehabilitate Cortez Masto’s image, Adam has the momentum and is sitting squarely in the driver’s seat heading into election day.

“These polls capture what we see on the ground here in Nevada. With gas over $5-a-gallon, inflation at a forty-year high, violent crime on the rise, and our southern border in a state of crisis, Nevadans are fed up with the failed Biden/Cortez Masto agenda and are ready for change,” said Laxalt. “I got into this race because Nevada families simply can’t afford six more years of Catherine Cortez Masto. Nevadans need a Senator who will stand up to Biden’s reckless spending policies and fight on their behalf day in and day out. And that is exactly what I intend to do.”
